PRACTICAL EXERCISES AND NEW KNOWLEDGE

In the award phase of Public Procurement we determine scores and the winning bid using methods selected “because we have always used them”. However methods like multiplying scores by weights have properties that are not always accounted for in their application. That may lead to results that do not match original intentions and may even lead to anomalies in the resulting ranking.

During this practical workshop, participants will be advised on the properties to be taken into account and the ways to improve their contract award in practice. Participants will also gain access to additional training materials that will help recapping the knowledge gained during the workshop later on.
