Your funds for tuition are probably not limitless, so we offer you various options if you should be prevented from attending an event you have signed up for:

1. Send a colleague instead

You are always welcome to send a colleague instead, if you have been prevented from attending.

2. Move your participation

Up to 7 working days before the event is held, you can move your participation to a later date free of charge (if the event is held again).

Less than 7 working days before the event is held, there will be an administration fee of 900,- for one-day events, 1,800,- for 2-day events and 2,700.- for 3-day events for moving your participation to a later date.

3. Cancel*

If you cancel your participation earlier than 14 working days prior to the event, we will refund 90% of the price of the event.

If you cancel between 7-14 working days prior to the event, we will refund 50% of the participation price.

If you cancel less than 7 working days before the event, there is no refund (0%).

Note: All fees are excl. VAT per day per person and cancellation is valid only upon written inquiry to info@nohrcon.com.

Requests for bank account verification, in relation to payment of the invoice for your order, costs DKK 500,- excl. VAT in administration fee (approx. € 67 excl. VAT).

By signing up for Nohrcon’s events, you also agree to receive information about related events via email.

2. Unsubscribe from the newsletter

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time/withdraw your consent using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter email, via the unsubscribe feature on the website, by sending an email to info@nohrcon.com or by noting it in the comments box when you sign up for events.

1. Anonymity

Basically, your use of Nohrcon’s website is completely anonymous. We do not record any data that can be used to identify you unless you sign up for newsletters, events or other services. No data about visitors’ behavior on the website or users of different services are disclosed or sold to third parties.

2. Protection of personal data

In conjunction with the EU’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which entered into force on May 25th, 2018, we have introduced a number of new initiatives to create more transparency about Nohrcon’s collection, storage and processing of personal data – and we will continuously review technical and organizational measures to comply with the requirements in the area and ensure a high level of security.

We respect your integrity and the right to control your personal information, which is one of the objectives of the General Personal Data Regulation, which we as data administrators highly support. Therefore, we have conducted a thorough analysis and internal workflow that ensures a limited and safe use of personal data.

In the following we will inform you about the personal data we collect and process and explain how they are used.

2.1. Purpose and legal basis for the personal data processing

The purpose of processing your personal data is to process your inquiries and your registration for events. When you sign up for a newsletter, you inform us about your name and email address. When you sign up for an event, you inform us about the same as well as necessary company information. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1). 1, in the General Data Protection Regulation.

2.2. Rights of insight, rectification, deletion, blocking, limitation and objection

We only store your personal data as long as necessary, and we periodically delete personal data that is obsolete. If legislation requires additional storage, we will delete the data after the legal deadline.

You are entitled at any time to receive information about your personal data kept by us. If the data stored by us is incorrect, you are entitled to have these corrected.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time as long as we no longer need the data to complete a registration with you as a customer. The deletion can also be in violation of statutory storage requirements. In that case you have the right to block your data.

2.3. No resale

Your personal information will not be resold to third parties and will only be forwarded to the IT systems that we use for customer records and for marketing purposes and to various subcontractors with whom we have data processing agreements.

2.4. Complaints

You are entitled to appeal to the national Data Protection Department. However, you are welcome to contact us in advance, so that we can help to clarify and correct the problem.

2.5. Encryption of personal data

To secure your personal data on transfer, we use SSL encryption on the website via HTTPS.

2.6. Changing our Privacy Policy

We will always adapt our privacy policy to applicable legal requirements. Such a need for adaptation may also be due to the fact that we extend our service offerings. If you visit our website again at a later date, the new privacy policy applies.

1. Purpose

As we continually develop and improve our website, we utilize statistics on how our website is used to enhance the user experience. The statistics are primarily used to see which pages are visited the most. Data on visitor’s use of the website is obtained by means of cookies (small text files transferred from a web server to your hard drive). Data is not disclosed and is not sold to third parties.

2. Tools

Nohrcon’s website uses no own cookies, only third-party cookies:

The website is made in the CMS WordPress, which uses cookies, when you place events in the “Basket” and enter your information.

We conduct statistics using the Google Analytics web analytics service, which, through cookies, is able to measure how the website is used to inform us of data such as IP address, browser, operating system, and internet connection. Google Analytics is integrated with the digital ad tool, Google AdWords, to better measure the impact of our AdWords ads.

In addition, we use YouTube to show the videos we produce, which also depends on cookies in order to work.

Our chat feature is provided by SnapEngage, which uses cookies to detect which page of the website you are located in, where in the world you are located, which allows you to interact with a Nohrcon employee.

We use various social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram, which you can view content from via cookies on the website.

Cookies cannot be used to launch programs or transfer viruses to a computer.

3. Rejection of cookies

Our website can easily be accessed without cookies. The first time you visit our website, you are asked in a box to accept or reject cookies. You can thus choose to disable the use of cookies. Please note that some features on our website may not work if you have disabled cookies.

You can delete any third-party cookies that Nohrcon uses at any time. However, the method depends on which browser you are using.
