About the course
On the course, you will learn about the different types of contracts and forms of collaboration that exist in Danish construction industry. You will get to know how to prepare legal agreements and handle contracts. You will understand the possible risks that can threaten a construction project, and how to deal with them.

You will become aware of why it is crucial to have clear and precise agreements in construction. We will go through the standard agreements in Danish construction industry, AB 18, ABR 18, and ABT 18. You will also learn about the main principles and reasons behind these rules.

The course will help you understand how contracts and agreements work, and how to manage changes and issues in construction. We’ll provide you with practical tools to help you make good decisions.

We want to make sure that you can apply what you learn on the course to real-world situations. So, throughout the course, we’ll have case studies and exercises that let you put your new knowledge into practice.

This course is for you if you’re from outside Denmark and work in the Danish construction field. You may be a current or future construction manager, contract manager, design and project manager, client adviser or any other professional within the construction industry.
