New article on AI and digitization of Public Procurement
The article is based on several international research sources. Initially, more general issues surrounding the use of ChapGPT in the public sector are dealt with. The focus is then on digitization and public procurement, where the focus is the challenges that digitization poses within public procurement supplemented with recommendations for handling the identified problems. Finally, the article concludes with a summary.

About the author:
Thomas Ove Holm currently holds a position as public procurement advisor for the Agency for Public Finance and Management in Copenhagen. From 2011 – 2023 the author worked as senior contracting officer in the group procurement departments of two Danish regions. Thomas Ove Holm holds a LLM (Master of Law) in Public Procurement Regulation and Policy from University of Nottingham (2023) and a Master of Public Administration from Copenhagen Business School (2001).
