Roxana holds a European Doctorate from the University of Verona, Italy in the field of public procurement law. She has been a researcher at the University of Aix-Marseille in France, at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law in London and currently holds a Fellowship at the University of Turin where she teaches and researches EU law and public procurement law. Roxana also teaches public procurement law at the University Babes Bolyay in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
As of 2018, Roxana is a member of the Transnational Alliance Group created by the King’s College Construction & Dispute Resolution Department, working together with an international team lead by David Mosey on standard construction contracts

Dr Aris Georgopoulos is Assistant Professor in European and Public Law at the School of Law of the University of Nottingham and Head of the Research Unit for Strategic and Defence Procurement of the Public Procurement Research Group (PPRG). He has been Global Governance Fellow at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies (RSCAS) of the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence. He has been also a Grotius Fellow at the Law School of the University of Michigan. He has acted as expert advisor to national authorities, to international organisations and institutions (such as the OECD, the World Bank, the European Central Bank, The European Court of Auditors, USAID and the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development ) in the area of public procurement regulatory reform. His research interests lie in the area of EU Law, public procurement law and policy, public law and trade law. He has taught at Universities in the United States, China, Colombia, Italy, Malaysia and Turkey. He is a member of the editorial board of the Public Procurement Law Review and member of the scientific committee of the Revista Digital de Derecho Administrativo. He is also member of the Steering Committee of the International Learning Lab of Public Procurement and Human Rights.

Espen Bakjord has extensive experience in IT, procurement and privacy. These areas are often interconnected and offer complex issues and challenges. He also has a strong interest in intellectual property, especially copyright.
Espen has worked with privacy for several years, also before the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force. He has worked with everything from internal company guidelines in relation to privacy, privacy policies, data process agreements, agreements for joint controllers, to data protection impact assessments (DPIA). Espen advices both private and public customers in relation to their challenges in meeting the privacy requirements.He particularly has expertise within ICT procurement, and he regularly participated in the development of new ICT standard agreements.
