From 17–20 November 2026, we are once again hosting one of Northern Europe’s most important public procurement events. The Nordic Public Procurement Forum offers a full week of insights, learning, and networking, with different programme days designed for specific professional interests.
Across the week, you can join inspiring workshops, two main conference days, an exclusive conference dinner featuring modern Nordic cuisine, and a dedicated day tailored for Icelandic procurement professionals. Every day provides new perspectives, practical tools, and excellent opportunities to connect with procurement specialists from across Europe.
During the main conference days, we will invite leading experts in public procurement to take the stage to share knowledge on the most current, critical, and impactful developments shaping the procurement landscape today. We will make sure that the program is packed with highly relevant topics, ensuring you stay updated on best practices, regulatory changes, digital transformation, and emerging trends within public procurement.
So bring your colleagues along for a week of cutting-edge insights, hands-on learning, and practical takeaways from the forefront of public procurement. All of it takes place in Copenhagen, a city known for its world-class Nordic cuisine, authentic hygge, and iconic bicycle culture – perfect for creating memorable experiences beyond the conference.
You choose which parts of the program you wish to participate in and how many days you want to join us for. When the full program is ready, you can choose from 1 to 4 days and all days are created to provide you with exactly the knowledge you need. Combine your own package and pick the days you want to fill in the know-how you’re missing in your public procurement toolbox. Go nuts!
We hope to see as many as possible in Copenhagen for Nordic Public Procurement Forum. But if you are not able to meet with us, then the two main conference days will also be available for you to attend online. Just let us know when you are registering that you prefer to join us online. Then we will make sure that you will get the best out of your online experience back home. The online link will be available in the Participant universe on the conference days and we will use Microsoft Teams.

The Nordic Public Procurement Forum is of interest to all purchasers from the public and utility sectors, their suppliers, consultants and lawyers, who wish to be up to date on current issues within EU public procurement law and design.
