Nordic Public Procurement Forum 2025 has come to an end – but you can now relive some of the highlights from the leading Nordic conference on public procurement, EU procurement rules, and best practice for procurement practitioners across Europe through our conference video and photos.
From thought-provoking keynotes and expert panels to hands-on workshops, case discussions, and lively networking sessions. Nordic Public Procurement Forum 2025 had it all, as our conference video and photo gallery (below) shows, capturing the energy that made the 20-year event anniversary truly exceptional – including balloons and bubbles!
Revisit two inspiring conference days filled with presentations and debates on current Public Procurement topics, including an update on ECJ PP case law from the past year from Prof. Emerita Sue Arrowsmith (and her best/words awards for judgments in the past 20 years!), plus great conversations with procurement practitioners in the audience from 19 countries across the European Union.

PS. Dagne Sabockis from Vinge law firm (SE) was unfortunately prevented from coming to the conference in Copenhagen as planned to give her presentation on Mandatory requirements and the rejection of tenders. However, we have now scheduled a webinar on 8 January 2026 instead, where Dagne joins us online and analyzes the practice of the EU and Swedish courts, and discusses whether one must always reject a tender that fails to meet mandatory requirements, or whether such requirements may be disregarded for certain types of shortcomings.
