Ema is DTB Law firm’s Co-Managing Partner and head of its Regulatory department. With over 13 years a practicing legal professional, her work is predominantly focusef on commercial and regulatory matters, including public procurement.
Her work ranges from day-to-day legal advice to complex legal opinions and high value transactions and projects, including representing corporate clients before courts and administrative bodies.
She has great expertise in public procurement law and is engaged in practically all public procurement procedures supported by the firm, whether in bidding, appeal, or administrative lawsuit phases.
Apart from advising local and foreign corporate clients on all segments of the public procurement process, Ema also actively participates in shaping applicable policies. For almost 10 years, she has been engaged in the work of the Public Procurement Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia, where she has served two terms as Vice-chair and is the acting Committee Chair.

Governance and legal dimensions will also be discussed, with special emphasis on the European Public Procurement Data Space as a structural enabler for trustworthy AI solutions. The aim of the session will be to discuss key implementation challenges and the ways in which businesses and public administrations are responding to them.
