The recently launched Procurement for Buyers tool
helps contracting authorities identify which third-country bidders are eligible to take part in public procurement procedures in EU member states, based on the EU’s international commitments (such as the WTO Government Procurement Agreement and bilateral trade agreements).
A new add-on now allows authorities to quickly check which sectoral acts may apply to their contract.
