New threshold values 2026-2027 – EU public procurement
By Commission Delegated Regulations (EU) 2025/2150, 2025/2151 and 2025/2152 of 23 October 2025, the threshold values for the Public Procurement Directive, the Utilities Directive and the Concessions Directive are amended with effect from 1 January 2026.
On 23 October 2025, the European Commission published the following threshold values, which enter into force on 1 January 2026:

| 2014/25/EU (Utilities/Sectors) – Social & other specific services (Annex XVII) | €1,000,000 (unchanged) |
